ZAP Accounting Software screenshots will bring a smile to many. The ability to modifying the program to meet your creative desires is the cherry on top!
This section closely resembles the Pretty Printouts section. These are the screens that produced the printouts shown there. In this view, you see the spreadsheet environment from which the Pretty Printouts were created. Some items don't show up on the printouts and you can realize that here, and you should also realize you could hide some things in these views very easily to create all kinds of custom reporting with ease.
Remember...
Also remember, it will be easy to look at these in the software itself, which can be downloaded from our downloads page.

Meet John Doe, LAc (Licensed Acupuncturist) (again...)
On the Features > Pretty Printouts page we introduced you to John Doe, an Acupuncturist in San Jose CA. John is the fictional client who provided 1 years worth of accounting data for our images below and for our software demo data. As shared in the other section, you will see that John has a Working Checking Account and a Corporate Credit Card account with one cardholder. There is no limit to the number of Asset or Liability accounts that could be used. Very minor programmatic modifications are required to accommodate more Accounts.
