If you deliver a tax packet like this to your CPA, you are helping save his/her sanity, and you deserve some type of discount since you are no longer the type of client who will deliver accounting chaos!

Per our recommendations, a completed Tax Packet would consist of a minimum of 3 pdfs (but likely more).
As an option, you could share your Part A file with your CPA for her review, or you could include all parts of that in a pdf.
We've included a printout of all parts of Part A below to give you an idea of what that would look like.
This is just to give an idea of the final deliverable product that you can produce with incredible ease once you get up to speed with this software and our recommended methodologies.
- The first pdf is a cover sheet summarizing all of your tax info.
- The second pdf is Part A for your company.
- The third pdf is Part B for your company.

1 ) The Cover Sheet
You can do this any way you'd like.
We do it in Google Sheets. A copy of this template is available on the download page.
In that template you will find there are additional tabs for tracking year over year historical info about your taxes and about transactions that affect your taxes (like property purchases, sales and refinances).

2 ) Part A -- John Doe Acupuncture Income Statement
This is the Income Statement. All aspects of this statement are customizable and you can include custom reporting blocks in the right half as shown.
If you have expense items or other accounts you want to track but that you don't want to include in reports, you can take them out of the flow of the expenses as shown near the bottom of the page, and they won't be included in simple summation totals.

3) Part B - John Doe Acupuncture Balance Sheet
Part B should only have two relevant pages each year unless you added an additional tab/page for some notes.
Most of you may need a little assistance from your CPA, to complete this the first year or few, especially if something isn't adding up. Be patient with yourself. You'll get it soon enough.
This data comes from the worksheet shown below and some of that comes from Part A.

We'd suggest you provide the underlying data in tabular form that shows the crosschecks, but that's up to you and it assumes you didn't have a CPA or Bookkeeper do this for you...
4) All of Part A as a PDF? Sure. Very easy.
As mentioned above, you could share your Part A file with your CPA for her review, or you could include all parts of that in a pdf. We've included a printout of all parts of Part A in a pdf below to give you an idea of what that would look like. We did a quick print on this in landscape mode. In portrait it's half as long but ledger pages are not very legible when printed.
To print this out in a page order other than that which the tabs dictated by default, you just shuffle the tabs around and hide those you don't wan't to print. It takes 15 seconds or so once your file is complete.
There is an arrow on the right of the file below that enables you to click through the pages. We suggest clicking through very quickly just to get a feel for the information. All of these pages are covered in more detail in other parts of this website.
